With over 5 years of experience in sustainability, we have worked with organizations across different sectors to navigate evolving EU requirements. Below are selected project highlights, with client details anonymised.

EU Sustainability Readiness (Data Center Client)

Problem: Limited clarity on how evolving EU sustainability regulations (including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and energy efficiency requirements) would impact data center operations and future expectations.

What we did: We analysed relevant EU regulatory developments and assessed their applicability to large-scale data center operations. This included reviewing requirements related to energy consumption, emissions, and reporting obligations. We translated these developments into concrete operational implications and identified key areas requiring attention, including data availability, internal processes, and alignment with upcoming reporting expectations

CSRD Preparation Support (Mid-sized Company)

Problem: Limited visibility on CSRD requirements and lack of internal structure to prepare for upcoming reporting obligations.

What we did: We provided a detailed overview of CSRD requirements and their implications for the organization. We conducted a high-level readiness assessment across key areas such as data collection, governance, and internal processes. Based on this, we identified gaps and outlined concrete steps to begin aligning with reporting expectations, including initial structuring of sustainability data and responsibilities.

Internal Sustainability Structuring (Growing Company)

Problem: No clear ownership, structure, or internal processes for managing sustainability-related topics.

What we did: We started from the bottom. We wanted to see what their goals are, and then identified key areas where sustainability needed to be integrated. Because their sustainability knowledge was limited, we got them up to date and told them what they should look out for in the future. We then told them what regulations would impact them currently and outlined a simple internal structure to support ongoing management and future compliance.
